72 My Lib + 28 group = 100, how to delete 72?
Hi Zoteroers, (would that be the name of a person who uses Zotero?)
I'm over the 100 mb limit. I would like delete the My Library data on the Zotero file storage, so that I can use the full 100 mb for group data. I unchecked the sync attachments box, but left the sync groups checked. Unfortunately the Zotero storage server doesn't know to delete the My Library files. Zotero might be designed to keep the files in case one of my other computers is still using it.
Is the answer to do a "Restore to Zotero Server"? I'm hesitant to do it, b/c I had to do various resets in the past (faulty WebDAV from my Univ). Since moving to Dropbox, I haven't reset in more than 3 months.
For the sake of complete disclosure, I'm using Dropbox to sync my attachements now--about 1 GB. I never did intend to use Zotero file storage with these files, but by mistake (by default?) it was turned on, and it attempted to sync 1 GB onto the Zotero storage server.
Thanks in advanced for your advice, and I apologize if this question has been answered previously. My searching didn't find this exact situation.
Best,
Tom
