Zotero has no permission for controlling word

I already read the topics for my problem, but I have no word in my settings. This is the way how I wanted to connect the programs. Settings > Datenschutz > Automation > Zotero > and now here is only "System Events" and no "Word".
Word Version: 16.77.1
Zotero Version: 6.0.27
iMac: Ventura 13.5

How can I fix this problem?

You should begin by updating macOS to 13.5.2

Open Terminal.app and execute the below command:


tccutil reset AppleEvents org.zotero.zotero

Then restart Zotero and Word and try again. If it still doesn't work, create a new temporary macOS account and see if it works there.

sorry, but this had no function, now Zotero is no longer in my automation settings.
