Getting error, initDB

Hi,
Since today I am getting this error on my ubuntu machine.

The error says, initDB<@chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/zotero.js:816:12

I have tried with the latest version of Zotero as well. Kindly, help me with fixing this issue.

    Never mind, it got fixed.

    Possibly, the drive in which zotero storage was located was locked due to "enabled fast boot from Windows" and may be the zotero was unable to do its things.

    I disabled Windows fast boot option, and went back to ubuntu and it is working now.

    I encountered the same issue. The root cause is that the external hard drive was unable to write to in Ubuntu for some unknown reason. I fix the problem by running sudo ntfsfix /dev/sdc2 according to [here](https://askubuntu.com/questions/93109/cant-write-to-ntfs-formatted-drives).
    Then, I unmounted and remounted the hard drive. zotero could start properly.
