Combining references and footnotes
I'm writing a book and the publisher is insisting that our footnotes (i.e. not references, but elaborations on particular points) are integrated into our reference list at the end of each chapter:
e.g.
1. Smith P. Wonderful Work. London, 1990.
2. We accept that this definition misses out the important issues of X and Y, but we pick this up again in Chapter 8.
I can't find a means of doing this. Any help would be much appreciated!

adamsmithThat would just be using endnotes -- you set Zotero to use endnotes in the citation style you're using (which needs to be a "Notes" style like Chicago Manual (full note)) and then insert citations using Zotero and endnotes using Word as you need
