failed data sync

  hi, I am using a proxy to surf the Internet. I can browse all the websites except this two: http://www.127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping  andhttps://api.zotero.org/. And my Zotero failed to make data sync. Can you help me

    You have that first address wrong, but no, we can't help with this — you'll obviously need to configure your own system appropriately so you can access necessary addresses. See Zotero Connector: “Is Zotero Running?” for the Zotero Connector and Connection Error for the desktop app.

    hi，i tried.. but failed. when I click on https://api.zotero.org/. it still says Nothing to see here. And I do not know how to I that the host 127.0.0.1 (an alias for your computer itself) is excluded from proxying on Mac. Can you help me

    hi, for the first website, http://www.127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping , it says that zotero is running. But for the second, https://api.zotero.org/, it still says , nothing is to see here

    Sorry, but we can't help beyond what's on the Connection Error page. If Zotero can't make any network requests, you'll need to fix the network configuration on your computer.
