problem with the last zotero update

Hi everyone

I'm in the process of finishing my thesis and the Word file I'm working on (which I save very regularly) has been lost following a bug on my Mac (which I suspect is due to Zotero). I'm using Word version 16.76 and MacOS Ventura 13.5.1.

I eventually found a .asd version of the document as I had left it when my computer crashed and was able to open it with Word's "Text Recovery" function. The problem is that the file that opens contains a version of the text footnotes, and many of the characters do not correspond to the original version (more like raw code). As a result, a considerable part of my work is unusable as it stands.

And all the footnotes appear almost incomprehensibly. Here is an example :

« 95 Thesen über Judentum und Zionismus » , TB 2, p. 300.

Do you have an idea how to resync them ? Or should I just do it manually footnote by footnote ?

Thanks for your help !
