I can't save any PDF files from Web of Science to Zotero. I updated translators many times， but it seemed that connector didn't work.

    Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero (not the Zotero Connector) for reloading the page and trying to save?

    Also, to be clear, are you trying to save the PDF directly, or are you saving from the article page? (You generally want to save from the latter, though either should work as long as Zotero can retrieve metadata for the PDF.)

    Can you save other pages (e.g., this page)?

    I can save the PDF directly but can’t save it from the article page on a Chinese literature retrieval website - CNKI. When I try to save the essay from the article page, it shows "An error occurred while saving this entry. Please check the translator troubleshooting for more information."
    It was the same as Web of Science a few days ago, but it works now somehow.
    As for the page you mentioned, it didn't work too.

    Sorry to bother you again. Now I can't even save the PDF directly from the PDF page.

    You've provided a Report ID. Please follow the instructions linked above and provide a Debug ID for a save that fails.

    Can you disable all extensions, restart Zotero and try again. If it doesn't work still, can you submit a Debug ID which captures only the save that fails.

    Can you say what the issue with this save was? It seems like saving the snapshot failed, although that would be an issue in the browser.
