This occurred after the CrowdStrike antivirus software drama. When using Zotero in MS Word, it always shows "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again." Can anyone help? I've tried re-installed both MS Word and Zotero, but the issue remains. Thanks!
