Customize the keyboard shortcut

In the Edit Menu, the command has keyboard shortcut, But in the other Menu, they didn't has the Keyboard shortcut.

command 1:Attach stored copy of files
command 2: Copy the path ofthe attachments

Also the time's format is 12 hours,
