Unfortunately I'm not allowed to upload a picture, I'll do my very best to explain.
The title to all my papers (everything and anything uploaded to my Zotero account) are written in a white/light blue coloured font with a black background. This only affects the area where the title of the paper(s) are written.
How do I fix this / revert back to normal?

But this just sounds like you've installed some third-party plugin. Disable all your plugins to start.
