Failed to add PDFs from ScienceDirect

We have access to the PDFs of the papers on ScienceDirect but Zotero always show that red cross in front of "ScienceDirect Full Text PDF" (same case for multiple different papers). Even for the PDF page opened in safari (opened from "view pdf" on ScienceDirect's original page), it says "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.".
Right now I'm just downloading those PDFs and link to the item in Zotero manually...
MacOS Ventura, Safari 16.6, Zotero 6.0.26

The connector is a bit more limited on Safari and, given Elsevier's rather elaborate measures to prevent any automated PDF downloads, won't work there. Firefox or Chrome would both work.

Thanks for the immediate reply!
If I remember correctly, it did work before, maybe some of their recent algorithm updates caused this issue.
Anyway, I'll keep that in mind and switch browsers. Thanks again.
