Indented Second Line in Bibliography

How can I make the layout in bibliography indented in second line? example

    @bwiernik I am using IEEE
  • IEEE should print the beginning of the second line flush with the author (or whatever comes first after the citation number). You can't further indent that line (but it'd also look really weird). If that's not what you're seeing -- how are you generating your bibliography?
