Google doc : How to use the Zotero plugin to reinsert the missing unlinked citations
Hello,
Many citations are unlinked from my google doc probably because i cut/copy/pasted many from the same document. The guide here recommends to either restore to an earlier version or to use the Zotero plugin to reinsert the missing unlinked citations :
https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/google_docs_citations_unlinked
I have made too many modifications to my documents since the citations are unlinked and don't want to lose them so i'd rather use the plugin option. Where can i download this plugin and how to proceed with it to relink citations ? Thanks

adamsmithClick on the citation and and do edit citation (ctrl+alt+c). Zotero will then over you to relink it by re-selecting the citation from your library

AloysedelafayeOh Thanks ! I have then a second question. The citations unlinked were in red and i changed them to black again at some point so it would not disturb the reading. Now i don't know which one are unlinked. Is there a way to turn in red again those who are unlinked ?

adamsmithRefreshing your document might work, but not sure.

AloysedelafayeI tried but it doesn't change them to red again. When you say click on the citation, do you mean the citation of the number in the text or in the foot note ? In both cases, when i click on it, zotero proposes me to do a new citation that superposes itself to the old one but doesn't cancell it. I guess I missed something. Thanks again for your help.

adomasvenIf you've changed the citation to black by removing formatting, Zotero won't be able to make them red again. You will have to manually recheck the citations.
