Word (MaC M1) can not use when add citation

when click the add citation button, there will be a crush and word says "Zotero could not perform this action. Please ensure that a document is open. If you have performed a custom installation of Office, you may need to run the installer again, ensuring that "Visual Basic for Applications" is selected"
what shoud I do?

    Yes, I reinstall the word, but I do not know how to select the option "download Visual basic for applications".

    It's possible that only applies to Windows — I'm not sure if there are still any customization options when installing Word for Mac. @adomasven might have some other ideas, but the best I can suggest is to 1) restart your computer and 2) if you're still having trouble, remove Word completely and do a clean install, rather than reinstalling over your current version.

    Also, what version of Word are you installing?

    Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero for the error you see?
