Bibliography:
Alphabetic order without reference numbers.
For articles with six or fewer authors, list all authors. For articles with seven or more authors, list the first six authors followed by “et al.”
Journal names should be abbreviated according to Index Medicus.
At the end of each journal article, list the URL (web address) for the PubMed abstract if one exists. Please use the public version of PubMed (www.pubmed.gov) and check the URL for accuracy by opening it directly from the manuscript.
