Can it open more than 2 view for the same Item?

It appears that at most two windows can be opened for each item. Is it possible to open more?

    We can duplicate tabs for each item and get many tabs for each item.
    However, when we right-click the tab and select the option to move these tabs to a new window, all tabs are restricted to being moved only to the same new window. Consequently, each item can have a maximum of two windows open, despite the possibility of opening multiple tabs for it.
