I think it would be great if the DOI field would also be added to the blog post item type. By now, more and more blogs are also using DOIs (which is great, makes citation easier and, thus, increases their scientific value, in my opinon).

Currently, you either have to save such blog posts as journal article (which provides a DOI field), or you lose the DOI as information, when saving it as a blog post.
