问题描述：zotero在同步时出现文件无法同步、或者同步下载后无法使用zotero打开的情况。
重现步骤：1.使用计算机A在windows版的zotero导入pdf文件并启动云同步
2.使用计算机B在windows版的zotero登录账号，同步打开这个文件
3.zotero在计算机B上会没有反应，过一段时间报错。（注：此时该文件已下载到对应
目录）

    This is very likely due to either security software software on your system interfering or something non-standard about this drive (assuming it's an external drive or network share). This isn't a problem in Zotero — Zotero just isn't able to process a downloaded file in its own data directory.
