Export of Library to BibTex file Not Showing Newly Added Books

Newly added items into Zotero are not showing up in my exported BibTex file though it says that it has updated the file. I have loaded the BibTex file back into Zotero and they are not found in the file. I recently installed Add-Ins and wonder if they have caused the issue. They are: Folder Import for Zotero; Mdnotes for Zotero; Zotero Better Notes; ZotFile; and Zutilo Utility for Zotero. I disabled the Add-ons but it has not resolved the issue. I export the file to Obsidian and am unable to add the citations from Zotero. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    If you're referring to an export using Better BibTeX, you'll need to contact the plugin developer. (I'm not sure what "though it says that it has updated the file" would mean otherwise.)

    Problems with Better BibTeX should be reported at https://github.com/retorquere/zotero-better-bibtex/issues. "Updated" probably means that the auto-export status shows a new completion timestamp -- why that was updated and not the export file is something that I'd want to look into.
