Stuck at sync

    The standalone on my macbook is stuck at sync and not synching to my online library, so the stand alone on my computer isn't updating. I think this started when I installed the manage tags add on. I've since disabled the add on but the sync problem remains. Debug is D297308229.

    It looks like you may have many items with a huge number of tags in your trash. Start by emptying your trash. If you're still having trouble, provide another Report ID.

    I tried emptying the trash, but I didn't see many items with a huge number of tags, either in the standalone or in the online version. The endless syncing problem seems to have arisen from installing Zotero Tag and attempting to remove many tags. I disabled Zotero Tag, but this didn't help. The debug number I received was D2092518733.

    You submitted that in the middle of an active sync.

    Sorry, I guess I'll have to wait for the message indicating that the sync has timed out after 12000 ms or whatever...
