Upgrade Storage(Mac) Cannot use zotero extensions in word with zotero7 (Beta)? Debug output ID: D1187839801

I've submitted a debug output and the Debug output ID is show in the title: *D1187839801*
Here I wanna to describe the problem which I think may be convenient for you to help me solve the problem:
1. The Microsoft Word I use is Version 16.75, and the Zotero I use is Zotero 7 (Beta) downloaded from www.zotero.org
2. When I click "Add citations" button of zotero plugin in word (the same as other buttons), nothing changed and I haven't seen any reaction neither from word nor from zotero7. No Error popped up during this action
3. Contrastly, everything is OK when I use zotero6. As the great improvement of Zotero 7 in Mac, I really hope to be able to solve this problem, thanks for your help sincerely!

Go to your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, restart Word to confirm that Zotero is gone completely, close Word, and try reinstalling the plugin from the Cite pane of the Zotero 7 settings. If you don't see the toolbar when you restart Word, reinstall it manually.
I've tried to manually reinstall the word plugin, but nothing changed.
When I quit Zotero app and click any button of Zotero toolbar in Word, it warns "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again."
While when I open Zotero app and click any button again, it doesn't warn but no reaction is observed.
I'm afraid the problem may not be from Word, but from Zotero app.
Please let me know if any screenshots or screen recordings is needed to solve the problem.

The responsible plugin is "Zotero Citation". It may not work for Microsoft Word on Mac.
