import data into Zotero

Hello,

I would like to import data from my database, which will soon be terminated.
The exports from this database are in txt, csv or xml format.

Could you tell me whether it is possible to integrate this kind of data into Zotero?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards

    You might be able to convert your CSV into a more structured Bibtex file, which Zotero can import:
    https://www.freefileconvert.com/csv-bib
    I haven't tested the tool myself, but it came up on several Google search results so hopefully it works as advertised.
  • That's not going to work. .txt, .csv, and .xml are just generic file formats — they don't imply anything about the structure of the data. I have no idea what that tool does, but the idea of a CSV to BibTeX converter is nonsensical — a CSV can have any arbitrary data in it.

    @Cbroquet, it might help if you say what the actual database is that you're referring to and what exactly the "data" is.
