Something is up above and beyond the contents of that help dock. Zotero actually seemed to disappear from my ribbon, I assume after an update (I'm on Word for Mac 16.75 23070901))
In truth, the add in is there, but its label isn't showing. Clicking on the ribbon where the label should be shows the Zotero icons, but none of them function.
Open your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, restart Word, and confirm that Zotero is completely gone from Word. Then close Word and try reinstalling Zotero from the Cite pane of the Zotero settings.
If the same thing happens at that point — you get an empty but clickable space where "Zotero" should appear in the ribbon — then something is wrong with your Word installation, and you'll need to ask Microsoft for help. You can try deleting Normal.dotm or searching the web for other solutions, but that wouldn't be a Zotero problem.
