having trouble verifying the WebDav service with Zotero sync

I am having trouble verifying the WebDav service with Zotero sync. I have tried to verify the service under settings->accounts, but no files are updated on the WebDav server(Koofr webdev). I am able to access many files in my iPad (Device B), however, when I am trying to access some recently uploaded some research papers in MacBook (Device A), I am not able to open the files and I getting this response ' " the attachment file is not available on the webdev server. Please check that the file has synced on the device where it was added. Later, I have found that I am not able to verify WebDev service provided by Koofr to Zotero sync.
Here is the reference ID-112680252. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this issue?

P.s. I have recently(3 days ago) moved to Koofr due to failure to sync my files on pcloud, I have also subscribed the plan for 10 gb extra data on Koofr.

    Requests to your WebDAV server are timing out. That's all we can tell you. This isn't a problem in Zotero itself.

    any detail to solve that problem? I met with the same dilemma as well when using it on iPad, the differences arond here may be that I sync basically on OneDrive but mount it by using Koofr. I can see the library list which is excatly up-to-date with that on my Mac, yet it kept showing the error info like"the file is not avaiable on the WebDAV server". Since my library is OK, I guess that would be the Koofr sync problem? Like failing to upload attachments automatically ior access problem n Koofr?
