Build failed

I follow the building document and when applying
```app/scripts/build_and_run -r```, it gives me

```

node: --openssl-legacy-provider is not allowed in NODE_OPTIONS
```

How should I fix it?

    Upgrade to Node 18 or later.

    (Please post further development questions to zotero-dev. We try to keep technical discussions there.)

    You don't need to move anything. Again, you just need Node 18 or later, as the documentation says.
