No new entries exported

Dear support team!

When I export my whole library no new entries are exported. And when I look at the entry the citation key sometimes shows and sometimes doesn't, not even under extra. Restarting Zotero didn't have any effect.

    You'll need to say more. Exporting how? What do you mean by "no new entries are exported"? What citation key? (Zotero currently only has a Citation Key field in the Preprint item type. Anything else would be from the Better BibTeX plugin.)

    Also note that we can't help with plugins here, so if your question is about a plugin, you'll need to ask the developer for help.

    Sorry for all the trouble. I am new with this.

    When I try to export the whole library: Zotero -> Datei -> Bibliothek exportieren -> Format: BetterBibTex (including Notes, data and comments) -> i can save it just as usual on my desktop. (no error messages)
    If I import this file in overleaf the new entries I just added to Zotero (eg articles etc) are not found in the .bib-file. I copied the text of the .bib file from overleaf and did an in-text search for my articles and they were not to be found.

    When I open the Zotero-Window on my desktop and click on an entry, the infos display on the right side. The second line from the top usually says "Citation Key". Sometimes (well actually most of the times) it is simply not there. Sometimes it shows "citation key" sometimes it is just vanished.

    You'd want to report this on the BBT github https://github.com/retorquere/zotero-better-bibtex as an issue, though items not exporting seems like an unlikely error -- double check that they're actually in Zotero and that you're looking at the recently exported file (check the modified date of the .bib file in your file system).
