Upgrade StorageBlank grey screen when opening Zotero
Hi,
Last week, quite suddenly, when I tried to open the desktop app, all I got was a blank, grey screen. When I go into the settings it's also blank, but I can click where the tabs are and see the headings change, just nothing on the screen. Not sure if it has anything to to being on a Mac using OS Ventura 13.4. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't help.No problems with the web library. Thanks.

Domain (kCFPreferencesAnyApplication) not found.
Defaults have not been changed.
defaultscommand. In those cases, it worked in a new macOS user account (which you can also try), which means it was something in the original OS account that was causing this.
