Dear team, I would like to report an issue with Zotero on Firefox. When clicking 'Zotero' -> trying to add citations-> an error window comes up. As a result, I am unable to complete references for the paper.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

    The document is inaccessible. Please try again later.
    @BognaOviva: Restart your browser and Zotero and try again. If prompted for access, make sure you select the Google account you used to create the document. This has no connection to the email address associated with your Zotero account.

    If that doesn't help, it's likely an issue on Google's end and you'll just need to wait a little while for it resolve.

    I have done that already. Tech team has been supporting me all week trying to resolve this issue. Zotero initially worked, and then stopped (it still works for my colleagues).
    It doesn't work on Google Docs on Chrome&Firefox. Reinstalled connectors, logged to account, synced, closed and reopend browsers... anything that came to mind.

    After restarting your browser and attempting to cite with Zotero in a new document, do you get an account selection window? If so, are you making sure you are selecting the account which owns the document you are trying to cite?
