Upgrade StorageWhy is it that after opening the software, only a white screen appears but the functions are normal?
Including the Home screen, the pdf reader and the option bar. All areas are blank, but there is still a response when I click. The new version has been overwritten upgraded, but the problem still exists

In any case, I'd guess that this is related to a graphics driver on your system. You can try updating your graphics drivers or adjusting the settings to treat Zotero like Firefox. You can also go to the Config Editor in the Advanced pane of the Zotero preferences — if you can find it — and set
layers.acceleration.disabledtotrue(or add a line that does that to prefs.js in your Zotero profile directory with Zotero closed).You can also try the Zotero 7 beta, which might fix some incompatibility with your graphics drivers.
