citations from group library

I am a new user of Zotero and am a member of the Warwick pemh group. If I try to cite a reference I only have access to my own library. should I be able to directly cite references from my group? if so how? if not, can I copy stuff from the group to my own library? if so, how? (I can't drag and drop).

    you should be able to directly cite from groups and you should be able to drag and drop to and from the group.
    Can't tell what's going wrong with the information you provide. You do see the group in the right panel of Zotero, right?

    Hi Rachel, it'd be helpful if you also told us what operating system and what version of word, Zotero and the plug-in you're using.
