i installed zotero on my new computer. i am unable to sync my refences

    I clicked on green arrow to sync refences after linking my account from prefences tab but unable to sync my references

    when I click sync with Zotero button (a green arrow on right corner) i cant see any references getting added in my Zotero desktop it just keep moving

    What keeps moving? The sync icon keeps spinning? Or it spins and then stops?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through an initial sync attempt, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    yes The sync icon keeps spinning and never stops

    But that just shows an ongoing sync, with lots of items being saved.

    I'm telling you there's no problem. It's syncing. You need to wait for it to finish.

    I'm not sure why you think there's a problem. It saved 100 items just during that debug output.
