Add a reference with using a DOI stopped working.

Recently, the function to add a reference with using a DOI stopped working.
Now, it does nothing for a minute or two and then gives a message saying the item can't be found:
"Lookup Failed. Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again."

The Debug ID is 1700948436

    Does this still happen if you disable all your third-party plugins?

    If so, let us know the DOI in question and provide a Debug ID (you provided a Report ID) for an attempt that fails.

    Yeah, this happened when I disable all mine third-party plugins.
    Since this problem happend, I had updated the app to the latest version on window 10 system, but it still didn't work.
    But when I log in Zotero in the website, the DOI for literature works.

    Might be connection related, but we'd need DOI and debug as requested above to say more
