Zotero Plugin missing for MS word

When I started installing Zotero in my new laptop, there is issue with Zotero Word Plugin. Earlier the plugin was seen in my MS Word, but the addons in my Zotero was missing and therewere no Option to enable Zotero in my Preferences tab too. When I manually wanted to install the Zotero to my Word, the plugin is completely lost. How can I solve the issue?

    When I click Tools --> Addons, it says that "You don't have any add-ons of this type installed"
    Edit --> Preferences --> Cite --> Word Processors, it says only checkbox with "Üse classic Add Citation dialog"
    And there is no Word Plugin of Zotero

    How should I go about?

    I have this same problem. The Zotero menu shows up in Word, but it isn't connected to Zotero. When I go to Preferences->Cite->Word processors, I only see "Use classic add citation dialogue." If I reinstall Zotero, will it delete everything I've already put into it?
