Importing citation and pdf at once?

Hello - how do I import both the citation and pdf at once in Zotero? I can see how I do each individually, but is it possible to import together at once?

    On most pages Zotero imports both at once if you use the Save to Zotero button (assuming you have access to the PDF). Where are you looking?
