Problem with dependent styles

There is a problem with all the dependent styles for the American Physiological Society.
The basic style works fine.

There are a bunch of dependent styles, all looking like this:

<style xmlns="http://purl.org/net/xbiblio/csl" class="in-text" xml:lang="en">
<info>
<title>Journal of Applied Physiology</title>
<id>http://www.zotero.org/styles/journal-applied-physiology</id>
<link rel="source" href="http://www.zotero.org/styles/american-physiological-society/dev"/>
<category term="generic-base"/>
<category term="medicine"/>
<updated>2008-11-13T07:42:43+00:00</updated>
</info>
</style>

They look fine in the preview in the style repository
But when I install one of them and try to start a document using that style, Ooo (and apparently Word, too)
http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/9328/problems-with-in-text-citation-format/#Item_6
diplay an error:
"zotero experienced an error updating your document this.itemset is undefined."
I've submitted an error report: 1422047625
This is not a problem with other dependent styles.
What am I doing wrong?
