Upgrade StoragePDFs accessible desktop + online but only links accessible ipad

This morning none of my items I had added on my desktop library were accessible on my ipad. I re-synced everything, and confirmed all the items + attachments were accessible in my online library. Still nothing on ipad. I have restarted everything on both machines, problem persists. If I individually open and alter / annotate a PDF on desktop the PDF becomes accessible on ipad, but as this is a library of dozens of papers that is not the ideal way to fix this. I moved the whole collection on desktop in the hope that that would populate the ipad entries but it only populated with links not PDFs. This is not a storage quota issue as I have unlimited storage through an institutional subscription.

dstillmanYour Debug ID doesn't show an attempt to open a file. Can you try again for specifically that operation?
