When I drag my mark into my note, the page number is not always correct. Why?

I have set the page number in the metadata, but it cannot help.

    If you are talking about dragging an annotation from Zotero PDF reader, you can fix the page number by double-clicking it directly on the annotation in the PDF reader.

    By the way, can I auto update the page number of my citation in my note after change the page number?

    Citations that have already been inserted into notes can only be updated individually through the citation dialog.
