New to Zotero. Our team created multiple subfolders. When I try to drag items from one subfolder to the other, the item remains in the original subfolder. So I end up with copy of the item in the original folder and the folder I dragged it to. This is a problem because I just want one copy in the folder I dragged the item to.

I have tried using just the mouse to drag. I have also tried holding down the "shift" key and using the mouse to drag.
