Files can't be opened - they show "Loading..." forever

Hello,

I've been using Zotero for about 3 months. In the last couple weeks something strange started to happen: I couldn't open certain files (all .pdf). To open them, I had to delete them and reinsert them again in Zotero. But since today it's now happening to every single file I try to open.
The Report ID I got is 414527589.

What should I do? Any tips?
I'm using a MacOs Monterey and all my files are storage in Google Drive.

    You're getting some unspecified error from Google Drive, but I'm afraid that's all we can tell you.

    If you're using some feature in Google Drive that only downloads files on-demand, that might be the problem — you can test that by using right-click → Show File and opening directly from Finder. If that works, disabling that feature would be the workaround.

    For files stored in iCloud, Zotero will automatically trigger the download for evicted files before opening them. I don't know if something similar is possible in Google Drive. We could look into it, though I don't know when we'd get to it.
