purchasing storage failed

Hi! I have some problems purchasing more storage. I can't subscribe to a new plan because my card always get declined. I think it's because there is no to-step authentication of the card integrated in Zotero's website. Does anyone have a solution? Or can please Zotero change this?

I would like to purchase an annual plan, but my card is being declined every time, even though it's a Mastercard, and the two-step authentication is now working. What can I do? It's a Swiss debit card designed for online purchases. I do not have any problems on other websites. Please fix this, as I rely on Zotero for my studies, and some days ago, parts of my literature were deleted.
