Chrome connector not fetching PDFs from ProQuest databases
Report ID: 1462984704
When I use the Zotero’s Chrome extension to import multiple items from ProQuest databases, it has stopped automatically importing the PDFs. The same extension (and Firefox) work correctly with JStor and other databases.
1. Connect VPN to access library databases.
2. Start Zotero.
3. Navigate to ProQuest and perform search to get multiple results.
4. Click on Chrome extension, and the folder icon is visible and ready to import items.
5. Select multiple items, import.
6. In JStor, PDFs are downloaded with the items.
7. In ProQuest, PDFs are not included, and no error message is displayed.

1. Open the Zotero Connector preferences
2. In the Advanced tab of the Zotero Connector preferences, check the box next to “Enable Logging.” Do not close this tab.
3. In a new tab navigate to the proquest paper you shared above. Attempt to save the page, wait through any progress popups.
4. Go back to the Advanced tab of the Zotero Connector preferences, uncheck "Enable Logging" and click Submit to Zotero Server.
5. You will be provided with a Debug ID (e.g., “D12345678”). Please post the Debug ID in this thread.
