Zotero App Won't Open

Hello,

The zotero app on my mac will not open and I do not think I had everything syncing originally. Is there a way to restore the app and get all my documents back?
  • You'll need to say more. What exactly is happening?
  • When I try to open the Zotero app I get two notifications; "the application zotero can't be opened" and " zotero quit unexpectedly". I can't access it at all through the app.
  • Can you provide the first 100 or so lines from the crash report in the Console app?

  • Delete Zotero from Applications and redownload it from the download page. The version you have is showing as invalid.

    You should also update to the latest version of Monterey or Ventura. You have a version of Monterey from October.
