Upgrade StoragePDF Issues - Connector in Chrome Not Including PDF & DRag and Drop Add Also Not Working

After many years of use, I have started to have ongoing issues with Zotero.
First, when logged into databases with appropriate credentials and clicking the connector to import the reference (incl pdf) to my library, the drop-down box would appear showing me "Saving to [[dropdown box to select folder]], but nothing at all would happen beyond that. Usually, it works through its process to show the citation, and then the PDF, if available. No reference would appear in my library. I seem to have solved this issue by turning off anti-tracker software.
But, the PDF (which is clearly available) does not come along for the ride. I have downloaded it separately and attempted to drag and drop it into the Zotero listing, creating a child item, but nothing happens. No error. No PDF. Nothing.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the chrome connector without luck.

My issue is occurring across all sites. And the drag-drop PDF feature is separate, I would think?
First, given that drag& drop doesn't work, make sure that you're not trying to add to a group with file sharing disabled.
If that's note the case, we'd want a Debug ID from the Zotero app (not the connector) for adding that item using "Save to Zotero" https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output#zotero
