Zotero - a reference manager that can't properly reference - not good

Any duplicates input merged, only 60 references in documents - yet and still exhibits a 20% failure rate (12 duplicate refs out of 60 in bib. despite verified single entries in library) Used with Std. Word. In 26 years of tech writing I've never seen anything like this. A ref manager should at a minimum be able to properly list references! Staff has worked for 8 hrs attempting to correct issue - which is considerable given the aspect of pulling each indiv. ref duplicate(s) out of document. Just glad it was detected on a smaller project and wasn't deployed on anything major. Just requested it be removed from all Univ. current and future operations. Posting in hopes of saving others time!

    No idea what you're talking about here. Zotero is used by millions of people, so most people obviously aren't experiencing whatever problem you're having. If you'd like help with something, you'll need to take the time to actually describe the problem in a coherent way, with specific examples, so that we can understand what you're referring to and tell you how to fix it.
