Just loading

When I click on "add citation" or "add biblography" it will just load and nothing will happen. I have tried both in Word and Google docs. It has worked before but not the last week. I have tired to redownload the program as well.

Is there anything else I can try?

    I'd guess that the citation dialog is just appearing behind your other windows. The window is part of the Zotero app, so cycle through those windows and you'll probably find it.
