Cannot download pdf from ScienceDirect

When I want to save pdf from ScienceDirect, there is an error "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.", how to solve it?

    Do you mean that you're trying to save a PDF directly? You wouldn't do that on a supported site like ScienceDirect — you'd save from the article page.
