Can't install Zotero, language error keeps coming up

Attempting to install Zotero with admin credentials, receive error:
"Error creating directory:
C:\program files (x86)\zotero\poppler-data\cmap\adobe-korea1\

Click cancel to stop the installation or Retry to try again"

Attempted to change filepath for future installs and also tested on different computers, error keeps coming up.

    That's a standard part of the installation -- are you running any additional security software that could be blocking parts of the install? I don't believe we've had a single other report of this. And you're installing the regular Windows release from zotero.org/download, correct?

    Yes the regular Windows release from zotero.org/download. I do have McAfee/Trellix AV on these machines, but went through my job's security team already and they say it isn't blocked by that.

    This would be Windows 10 Enterprise machines if that helps.

    There's nothing we can do about this — it's being blocked by something on your computer. You'll need to work through this with your IT department.
