Suggestions on the display number of Collection

At present, the literature displayed in the Collection only belongs to the itself. I think this should be wrong. It should display the literature in the Collection itself and its subCollection.

    I have a similar but opposite question... In fact, I [don't] want to display the items of subcollection. I have cancelled the toggling of "Show Items from Subcollections", but they still show up. Does it have anything to do with my version? I have also checked my config and the value of "extensions.zotero.recursiveCollections" is false.

    Does anyone meet such problem before? Thanks

    @zzzmy123: Then those items just exist in the parent collection and you should remove them.

    that'd suggest the items actually are in both collection and subcollection. Have you tested removing them from the collection?

    Oh thanks! I got the reason. If I select "Show Items from Subcollections", when I remove an item from parent collection, the items will be removed from the subcollection too. So I thought I should not remove it. Just then I tried to remove them when not selecting it, and it worked. Thank you again for your help! It's my first time to use the forum and I didnt expect such a kind and timely response
