Make some partrs of the bibliography colored.

I want to make the tiltle in the bibliography to appear blue/red/et al. Because some journals required the tiltle or the journal name in the bibliography to be blue or something. How can I achieve this idea? I noticed the tiltle can be italic or bold, but seems can not be colored?
  • No, CSL doesn't have text color options. What journal? I don't believe we have ever seen that requirement
  • Thanks for your answer. The journal is "Applied Optics". Everytime before I submit my .docx manuscript, I have to manually color the bibliography, which is really tiresome.
  • I don't see anything about that in their style guide? https://opg.optica.org/submit/style/optica-styleguide.cfm#notes
  • Yes, coloring isn’t required by the style. When the journal typesets the PDF, they embed a link to the DOI in the journal title—that’s why the text is blue. Notice that they don’t do that in the webpage version of the article. This isn’t something you need to color at submission time.
