My report ID is 1173068163, and my app on Ipad keep crashing when I'm using it. What can I do?

    @magnolia998 is it correct that you crash when you open or work on some PDF file? Is it a specific PDF file or does it happen on every PDF? Can you please send us the PDF file which crashes the app? Thanks!

    For my is the same, but my report ID is 376917783, it only one file, and I can open it with no problem in my mac (using zotero) or in the iPad with any other pdf reader.

    @Lucas.Cicro, @J-Karan can you check out beta build of the app on TestFlight? It may be fixed in that build already. If you want you can revert back to App Store version after you test it.
